Meet Josh

Real Estate has been apart of my life since I was young growing up in Sylvan Lake. My parents were realtors, working for years with Nolin and Nicole’s father. I saw the passion my parents had for working with people to reach their home ownership or investment goals. Now I enjoy meeting people who have told me that they bought their first house from my parents over 20 years ago.

After high school I left Central Alberta to attend the University of Victoria and returned here to run a carpentry business for over 15 years. During this time I began working closely with my parents to build their real estate investments, eventually taking over the management of all the properties they acquired during their time in real estate. Those years provided me with invaluable experience, allowed me to build strong relationships with local service providers, and helped me to see my true passion for real estate investments. After obtaining my realtors license, I joined Realty Experts Group (REG) in 2014, carrying on our family’s tradition of working together. With my expertise in residential investment properties, property management and construction, I am able to be the final piece of the puzzle for REG’s strong team.
